Goal
As a development and technology transfer center dedicated to composites and polymers, CANOE will contribute its expertise in:
– 3D printing of filled polymer formulations (magnetic/dielectric) adapted to additive manufacturing,
– Parameterization of material and geometry gradients, via a multi-material print head, to optimize absorption performance,
– Evaluation of the valorization of 3D printing waste, with the development of new filaments with optimized properties.
FAMTASTICS
This project, winner of the ASTRID MATURATION 2025 call for projects supported by the French National Research Agency (ANR), aims to co-design, with academic and industrial partners, new impedance-gradient microwave-absorbing metamaterials compatible with additive manufacturing and integrable in highly constrained environments (aeronautics, defense, space, etc.).
